Eligibility

• The main applicant must be 18 years old or older

• No criminal record (applicants over 16 years old must provide this)

• Complete one of the following two investment options, starting from US$230,000

Investment Options

• Sign Option 1: National Development Fund (NDF) Donation

The following donation amounts vary depending on the number of people:

• Main applicant: Donation of US$200,000  + US$30,000

• Families of two to four: Donation of US$200,000  + US$30,000

• Families of five or more: Donate $200,000 + $45,000 (family of five) / $15,000 (each additional applicant)

• Option 2: Government-approved real estate project (transferable after 5 years)

The program provides two options for investors:

• Option 1: Invest in real estate of $400,000 or more

• Option 2: Allow two families to invest $200,000 each and jointly purchase a property worth $400,000 or more, and both families can become naturalized

Each applicant must add additional fees:

• Main applicant: $30,000

• Families of two to four: $30,000

• Families of five: $45,000

• Each additional applicant: $15,000
