GTI (Global Talent) Global Talent Immigration Program *Subclass 858*
The Australian Global Talent 858 visa is suitable for applicants with high-end skills and outstanding achievements. The current quota for the program in 2021-2022 is 15,000. Applicants need to meet the following three thresholds. Qualified applicants are also required to submit an EOI first, and then submit an application after receiving an invitation from the Australian government. Approved applicants can obtain an Australian permanent residence permit.

Application conditions
1. Obtain EOI invitation;
2. Have outstanding professional capabilities, or have made outstanding achievements and contributions in the 10 designated fields;
3. Obtain nomination from qualified individuals or groups:
The nominator/group is an Australian permanent resident/citizen, or a New Zealand citizen who meets the requirements;
The professional field of the nominator/group is the same as that of the applicant.
4. Ability to earn an annual income of AUD 167,500 (equivalent to an annual salary of approximately HKD 880,000)
5. Pass a medical examination;
6. No criminal record.

Spouse;
Unmarried children under 18 years old*;
Unmarried children aged 18 to 22, who are enrolled in full-time courses and are financially dependent on their parents*;
Unmarried children aged 23 and above who need to rely on their parents for health reasons.
