Application Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old

• No criminal record

• A) Invest at least 250,000 euros to purchase real estate in non-major cities in Greece

• B) Invest at least 500,000 euros to purchase real estate in Athens (Attica, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini)

• Buying Greek/overseas medical insurance

Application process

• 1. Apply for relevant visas and entry inspection

• 2. Complete the purchase of real estate and remittance

• 3. Prepare relevant materials for applicants and dependents and submit applications

• 4. Transfer of property

• 5. Obtain permanent residence status

• Receive permanent resident card
