The E2 visa is valid for 5 years after approval, and you can enter and leave the United States and reside freely. Your spouse can work in the United States. Application qualifications

• The main applicant is 18 years old or older

• No criminal record (applicants over 16 years old are required to provide this)

• Complete one of the following two investment plans

Investment options

• Option 1: National Transformation Fund (NTF) donation

• Applicant applies with up to 3 dependents (this is the maximum number): US$235,000

• Option 2: Government-approved real estate project (transferable to the next immigration applicant after 5 years)

• The investment amount is US$350,000. Additional investment amount is required based on the number of people:

• Main applicant: add $50,000

• Families of two to four: add $50,000

• Families of four or more: add $50,000 (four-person family) + $25,000 (each additional applicant)
